The Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission is responsible for the enforcing the Ethics Act which is the main ethics commission for the state of Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Ethics Commission applies the ethics act to public officials and public employees of Pennsylvania. The Ethics Commission is also responsible for applying opinions in regards to the Ethics Act, enforcing the Ethics Act related to Statements of Financial Interests, investigating violations of the Ethics Act, and making decisions in relation to the investigations.
