The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) is responsible for fostering  excellence, diversity and vitality of the arts in Pennsylvania and to broaden the availability and appreciation of those arts throughout the state of Pennsylvania.  The PCA works with educational programs in the state to provide schools access to the arts and the PCA will continue to provide support and information to enhance the delivery of cultural services to the people of Pennsylvania.
